We met a client at Dreamforce ‘22 who was running a renowned firm and battling with his own unique business communication challenges. Then, we met the same client at Dreamforce 2023 and got to know the impact 360 SMS has made on his business.  

Challenges:

His firm heavily relied on traditional communication channels and a set-in-stone model of chatbots for automated conversations. Due to this, the customer’s firm was witnessing low responses and customer engagement.

Plus, the firm was too dependent on developers or coding experts for their chatbot-related requirements, which led to high expenses and restricted them from unlocking the full potential of chatbots. 

Solution:

As per our analysis, we found that the use of a Limited number of channels is one of the primary concerns that leads to low responses and customer engagement.  Customers are comfortable with WhatsApp, while others are comfortable with Facebook Messenger. You never know on which channel a customer is more likely to respond.

With a multi-channel communication solution, the client was able to connect with customers over different channels, which allowed their audiences to respond using their favorite communication channel. This resulted in better responses and engagement from customers.
