• Users can use the Facebook feature from the detail pages, list views, SMS
  From Campaigns, SMS from Reports, SMS from Users, Conversation View, and Process Builders. From the Process Builders, the users can only send the templates, and to do so, the user has to include a Message Type parameter.
• In the Create Message page, you will find a field called Channel, from which users can select the channel they want to send the message.
